Confidential executive coaching reflection
THE SIGNATURE LEADERSHIP PROFILE™
A guided current-state reflection for the level of leadership you are being called to next.
This profile creates space to step out of the day-to-day and examine how your leadership is operating at the level you are at now, and what it may require to lead at the level you are capable of next.
This is not an evaluation, personality test, or search for a perfect leadership style. It is a confidential coaching guide and structured mirror for noticing your patterns, choices, strengths, blind spots, and the impact others may experience. Its value is not a score. Its value is the perspective and conversation it makes possible with your executive coach.
Successful leaders rarely need more information. They need better perspective, sharper self-awareness, honest challenge, and intentional choices about what comes next.
The Signature Leadership Profile draws on established research and practice in self-awareness, relational trust, executive presence, adaptive leadership, decision quality, strategic execution, stewardship, and leadership development. These ideas are translated into behaviorally specific ratings and open reflections, not theory quizzes.
How to Approach the Profile
Use this as a confidential coaching conversation guide. Your ratings are prompts for reflection, not a composite score or fixed leadership label.
- Answer for the last 90 days under pressure: Rate your most common behavior when bandwidth is constrained, deadlines are tight, and stakes are consequential.
- Look for patterns, not flaws: Notice tensions, overused strengths, and the gap between intention and impact.
- Treat responses as hypotheses: A rating is a starting point for useful coaching inquiry, not a verdict about your leadership.
- Protect dedicated time: Set aside approximately 40–60 uninterrupted minutes for the full reflection.
To focus your reflection, you may begin with the pathway that best meets your goals:
- EXECUTIVE EFFECTIVENESS: Modules 01 + 02
(allow for 20–30 minutes) - STRATEGIC EXECUTION: Modules 03 + 04
(allow for 20–30 minutes) - All users are required to complete the final Module 05 as part of their goals
How to read the Compass
The Profile’s themes map directly onto our proprietary visual framework: The Signature Leadership Compass™.
- At the centerCHARACTER • CONTRIBUTION • LEGACY, the why behind leadership: who you are, what you contribute, and what continues because you lead.
- Executive EffectivenessLEAD YOURSELF + LEAD OTHERS, how effectively you show up and lead through others.
- Strategic ExecutionCREATE CLARITY + CREATE MOMENTUM, how effectively you turn what you see and know into decisions, action, and forward movement.
- The Leadership CycleSEE • SHIFT • START • SCALE • SUSTAIN. See what is real, shift what needs to change, start moving differently, scale what works, and sustain performance and impact.
- The HorizonSustainable Performance & Impact, the outcome of the whole practice.

Leadership Context
Establish a baseline in how you are leading today, the conditions you are navigating, and the outcomes that matter most.
Answer based on your most common habits over the last 90 days, especially when workload is heavy and stakes are high, rather than how you lead on your calmest days or hope to lead in the future. When you are between two responses, select your tendency under pressure. Repeated themes are intentional and help surface patterns worth exploring. Set aside approximately 40–50 minutes of uninterrupted reflection.

Your energy is most depleted when…
Where are you currently leading through significant change, ambiguity, or high-stakes accountability?
What are some consequential outcomes you are accountable for where leadership, not personal effort alone, will make the difference?

Lead Yourself
Build self-awareness, steadiness, and discernment before asking others to move with you.
Self-Awareness, Self-Management & Personal Judgment
How evident are these personal leadership capabilities in the way you lead today?
Notice what is happening in you before it shapes how others experience you — especially when pressure rises.
